The design involved extension and total remodeling of existing building, re-planning external layouts and complete interior design on a design build contract. The entire building program was rehashed along guidelines for open space planning in the work spaces which changed the entire culture of the staff. One of the features was the addition of a Training center and a creation of a large park around the building, moving the vehicles to another location so as to open up panoramic views of the building from the wide avenue in front on the site. Logistics of working with partial occupancy played a significant role in planning and executing the project.
